FAQ - IRCCS Seminar Programme 2021

Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions about IRCCS seminars

1. I have never used Teams, what can I do to learn how to use it?

2. I cannot connect to Teams with my AUSL Bologna corporate email account. How come?
A: Access to your company Teams account is not via your company email (usually nome.cognome@ausl.bologna.it) but via a fictitious email address as follows: login_aziendale@åusl.bologna.it where company_login is the login you use to access company computers, applications and email. If you have any doubts about your company login, you can find it by searching for your surname and first name in the company directory on the intranet.

3. I am an employee of AUSL Bologna, I have done all the steps in point 2, but despite everything I cannot connect to my AUSL Bologna corporate team account. What can I do?
A: In this case, please contact the CED (massimo.cavazza@ausl.bologna.it) by writing from your email address @ausl.bologna.it

4. I received the email with the link, but I can't get into the webinar. What can I do to participate?
A: If so, please send us the seminar registration form, which can be accessed at this link https://forms.office.com/r/7C2D4Hg4nD. The form requires you to give your authorisation to process your personal data, without which we cannot proceed.

5. I would like to receive CME credits for attending this seminar. What should I do?
A: In order to receive credits, in addition to being present during the seminar (attendance is automatically recorded by Teams), you must complete the CME questionnaire on the day of the seminar (between 16:00 and 23:45). The link to the questionnaire can be found in the main IRCCS.Seminari channel and on the event webpage. The questionnaire requires authorisation to process personal data, without which it is not possible to proceed.

6. I would like to give feedback on the seminar. How can I do this?
A: To give feedback on today's seminar, you can fill in the anonymous questionnaire between 16:00 and 23:45 on the day of the seminar. The link can be found in the general IRCCS.Seminars channel and on the webpage dedicated to the event.

7. I have replied several times to your emails to report an error or problem, but I have not received a reply. How can I contact you?
A: The email address we write from (seminari.irccs.noreply@ausl.bologna.it) does not accept replies. In case you need to contact us, please send an email to irccs.seminari@ausl.bologna.it
